Chicopee Construction, Inc. is a small construction company specializing in high quality, inexpensive apartment renovations done quickly and on time.  We demolish existing structures and take away the trash.  We install new electricity from the entruy-box to the appliance, install new plumbing fixtures and sweat pipes, put up new sheetrock, spackle damaged walls and new seams, prime and paint with the highest quality materials, sand and polyurethane floors, install new kitchen and bathroom utilities, hang doors correctly, and change locks.

Most apartments don't need all of the above and so can be finished on one Saturday between 8:00AM and 6:00PM.  We will overlap into a Sunday, if need be, but will not drag a job beyond one weekend. Our highly skilled "A" team workers are only available on weekends (they have Monday to Friday jobs in Manhattan).  If we continue into weekdays, it will be with "B" team workers who are good but not of the same quality as weekend workers.

We require 50% payment in cash at least three days before beginning, the remaining 50% upon satisfactory completion of the job.  We provide full receipts.
